Description

The format for the geographic coordinate system is wrong.
At decimal degrees points, and no commas become used.
Copied latitudes/longitudes must therefore be corrected more difficult.

I guess it means JOSM puts decimal comma instead of decimal point for certain locals, which is inconvenient for copy & paste. I changed it at some places, but apparently not everywhere.

Can you make a screen shot or describe where you find this?
