Description
I upgraded JOSM to version 3139 and I noticed that sometimes the map view turns black briefly for some time.
I found a way to trigger this bug - load some data with duplicate nodes in it, then run validator byt pressing the "Validation" button. Click once on the "Duplicate nodes" header and map view will turn black except some small rectangle (some problem with offscreen buffers?), though doing anything else (scrolling, doubleclicking the "Duplicate nodes" to select the duplicated nodes, etc ...) will cause the map view to redraw normally.
I am running JOSM on linux.

at least with sun and r3040 for me and WMS o19992 + WMS-turbo-challenge2, too.
Without these Plugins it does not appear.

Sorry it also appeared without WMS. Though the only occasion was with the exit-dialog.

only the active layer is affected and zooming/scrolling gets JOSM to repaint again.

and save-dialog but I think they are the same.

After some time working it happens even with one layer and no plugins. If the quick info vanishes the map is not redrawn right away.

I think I know what is the problem - only part of MapView is painted - this painted part is saved to the cache - later when complete MapView should be painted cache is used, but it contains only part of the image.

I found that if I have any WMS layer visible, then this problem does not happen. But it happen always, if there are no WMS layer or they are all hidden (not visible).
