JOSM consumes memory

Description

As I work in JOSM for a few hours in a row, with regular uploads of data and imports of tracks, JOSM tells me I start to run out of memory. I am working on Shanghai (http://www.informationfreeway.org/?lat=31.258386908114996&lon=121.49675059612855&zoom=12&layers=B000F000) and do have quite some data downloaded, but still it should not run out of memory. Also, it keeps getting slower and slower during an editing session, which might also be due to trouble in memory management.

Status: newclosed

Reopen when still existing in new versions.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
