Description

Users unfamiliar with keyboard shortcuts often expect copy and paste commands to be accessed through a right-click context menu.
This currently prevents some people from pasting values in when trying to download an area.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain framm.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
