Error/Crash when downloading data

Description
When downloading data from a clean session (after running the .jar file under OS X), and while processing through all the nodes (gets to around 50,000), JOSM brings up an error message concerning an exception. It only does it for one bookmark I've got, so I'm guessing there are too many nodes or something.
