confict manager: do not have to solve tag- and element-conficts when deleting

Hi

In conflict-manager:
If I choose deleting a way/node, I always have to solve conflicts of tags (and elements). This is non-sense since the deleted way/node does not have any tags (nor elements).
Please make it possible to solve a conflict by deleting without solving these other conflicts.

Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
