can't use the cadastre-fr plugin

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. take JOSM 2578 (with projection lambert cc zone 5)
2. take latest cadastre-fr plugin version
3. grab cadastre (for the BRIZON commun (74) for example)

What is the expected result?

The french cadastre

What happens instead?
an exception
