Description

Was about to move a node on an existing way - sorry but cannot identify any more specific trigger - was just working happily away on an edit!

No - with the passage of time and the updates to 'JOSM latest' (I'm now using 2405)it seems to have gone away so I'll close the ticket - thanks.
