Description

PLease open attache OSM file and try to download from the following link: ​http://www.openstreetmap.org/?lat=45.74531&lon=-87.08038&zoom=15

It works fine in r2161 but in r2206 it fails with the following message in the console:

WARNING: My primitive with id 23592263 and version 0 is visible although their primitive with lower version 12 is not visible. Cant deal with this inconsistency. Keeping my primitive.

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
