There should be a way to close a changeset without uploading anything

Description

If changeset is left open, there should be a way to close the changeset without sending any other data (even if there are un-uploaded modifications etc).

fixed in r2058

There's now a menu item in the file menu.

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
