Mode to simply split the building polygon without tagging

Description
I'm using the terracer plugin quite a lot for tracing blocks of houses and then splitting them. However, most of the time I do not have the house number details available straight away and so the dialog forcing me to enter them is superfluous. I then have to manually go and delete the tags and relations it has added.
It would be much nicer if there are a mode where it split the buildings in exactly the way it does now but simply asked the user how many parts to break it into.

Implementation is done. I'll close the bug, when I see the new functionality in the downloads.

I am currently re-designing (See Bug 2989) the input dialog.
Suggestion:
You can enter lowest/highest housenumbers. If you leave them blank, you can fill in the number of segments instead.
