3343	Mode to simply split the building polygon without tagging	milliams	casualwalker	"I'm using the terracer plugin quite a lot for tracing blocks of houses and then splitting them. However, most of the time I do not have the house number details available straight away and so the dialog forcing me to enter them is superfluous. I then have to manually go and delete the tags and relations it has added.
