FileDrop ability breaks keyboard shortcuts on tiling window managers (i.e. wmii, i3) whenever the draw area is focused

Description

Moving the focus to some other element makes the shortcuts work until the draw area is clicked. Commenting out the FileDrop init line also fixes this. Will look into this issue.

Hm, strange. Seems something else solved this, but neither an update of my window manager nor a JOSM update. Hopefully it doesn't suddenly re-appear.
