new plugin building - Creating buildings in easiest way

Description

Now creating of buildings take much time :) 3 click. I Suggest to create building on one click & drag. First click define start of rectangle and mouseup action and coords of define 2nd point of rectangle and voila building tag added :) I think this is more intuitive than 3 clicks system.

How is that possible, rectangle has 5 degrees of freedom. Do you start from a given way? Or do you assume each building is N-S oriented?

Action

as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
