[PATCH] relation editor full member sort

At ​http://www.time4t.net/~cjw/josm/josm-relation-full-sort.patch is a patch that changes the behavior of the Sort button in the relation editor. Now any connected elements are sorted instead of just those connected to the first element in the list. But of course it still does not handle cycles. forward/backward is not handled specially, currently.

Additionally, the forward/backward checks in the connectedness check are disabled because they caused the number of connected elements listed to be too low.

The patch is diffed against 1777 but should apply to 1784 as well.
