turnrestrictions and splitting ways

Description

In turnrestrictions ways have rule like from and to. When splitting such a way, josm attaches both resulting ways to the relation, but on oneways (where turnrestrictions occur more often IMHO) it could interpret the data:

  • from-members of relations: add just the part of way in the direction of the way
  • to-members of relations: add just the first part of the split way (in the direction of the way)

the warning - to check manually after - could still be displayed.
