rotate rectangular polygons

Description

When I make something rectangular -- for example a playground -- there is still the problem to rotate it to have the correct orientation. When dragging one of its corners it is no rectangle any more.

I would like to select a polygon and press let's say "shift" and from that moment a click-and-drag would rotate the polygon.

Ctrl-Shift-LeftMouse Holding the "Shift" and "Ctrl" key when in select mode allows rotating selected objects.

Action
as closed The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set.
The resolution will be deleted. Next status will be 'reopened'.
