Terracer plugin fails to install/download

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Open JOSM
2. Go to Edit → Preferences → Plugins
3. Search for "terracer" and click download plugin
4. Update plugin

What is the expected result?

The terracer plugin should install successfully and appear in the plugin list.

What happens instead?

The plugin fails to download/install. An error occurs during installation.

Your description is incomplete, but I assume you're doing something wrong:

• Search terracer
• click the checkbox
• click "OK".

Clicking any other button very likely will invalidate your selection again.
