[patch] Fix Sonar issues in OpenFileAction

Description

The loop has been adjusted to remove the 'FILES' label. Furthermore, the sorting process within the 'importer' has been optimized. Finally, curly braces have been added back to control structures, and fields and variables have been declared as final.
