duplicate dialogue when moving multiple elements long distances

Description

I am getting rate limited on "view tickets" eventhough I have never accessed it, so I cannot check if duplicates exist of this issue.

How to reproduce:

  1. Select a way with many nodes.
  2. Drag it a significant distance
  3. The "Move elements" dialogue pops up, since the nodes were moved a significant distance. Press "Undo move"

Expected result:
The move is undone. No further dialoges

Instead:
The "move elements" dialogue pops up again, asking me to confirm that I want to move more than 20 elements. Again.
