Rendering of points and lines suddenly turned off

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. I have no idea. My finger may have accidentally touched a key combination.

What is the expected result? Continue as normal.

What happens instead? All points and lines with tags that should show rendering appear on screen as though they have no tags at all. This now is the case with all OSM files.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.
