Description

There a a few, somewhat common combinations of crossing=* and crossing:markings=* which are in itself contradictory, including (may not be complete):

crossing=unmarked + crossing:markings=* (where * is not "no")
crossing=marked + crossing:markings=no
crossing=uncontrolled + crossing:markings=no

Maybe it would be good to validate this?
