Unsupported or outdated plugins on the list of plugins

The list contains a lot of plugins, and not all of them are still maintained. Two that I have noticed:

  • Kendzi3D is not running on current Java,
  • intersection seems to crash JOSM at start and is not updated any more

Some others have not been updated in a very long time but seem to be working still.

The "turnlanes" plugin is a bit different, it does what it says, but it is mapping an obsolete proposal: ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Proposal:Turn_lanes_(relation)

Should plugins that don't work anymore be removed from the list?
What about unmaintained but possibly still working plugins? Maybe there could be a warning note for those?
And maybe a hint for "experimental tagging" like with "turnlanes"?
