An unexpected exception ocurred while trying to upload a set of changesets

Description

I was uploading a set of changeset, when I clicked on "Upload all changes in the active data layer to the OSM server" an error message appeared and advised to create this ticket and provided a description of it, I have the stack traces this error generated.

This seems to be a Java bug. 24 is EoL as of 16 Sep 2025. Please try again using a more recent version of Java.
