Description

Some tags for Belgian road signs F99a and F99b aren't correct. This is about roadsignpresetBE.xml, lines 1375-1396.

Those tags in the plug-in are actually not according to the description in the wiki ​https://wiki.openstreetmap.org/wiki/Road_signs_in_Belgium/F_Direction_and_information_signs.
See the attachment for the proposed change.

Plus it would be good to add a frequently used variant of F99a.See attachment. I propose to name it BE_F99a_variant.png
