Glitching UI overlapped by tiles

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Just after a while, all from 5 minutes to 30 minutes this happens seemingly randomly.

Screen items starts mirroring random tiles from the map when hovering or moving any UI on screen. Map itself seems unaffected.

Only thing fixing this is a restart.

What is the expected result?

Normal screen.

What happens instead?

Tiles allover the UI preventing me from editing.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

This has been occuring to me the past months, I assumed it was a temporary bug so now reporting it. I have updated all graphics drivers to latest.

Please try another Java version. That usually helps with this type of errors. It's clearly an java or drivers issue and nothing which JOSM can influence.
