double "mode" in mode menu

Description

We have double "mode" in actions in mode menu.
Because "mode" is already the name of the menu, we do not need "mode" at the end of the actions in this menu.

P.S. This is independend of the page title of the help wiki page

I can make a patch, if someone decides what is desired. Looking at the code, the wiki page links can also be consolidated.

@skyper: any opinion in action naming?

Must be done careful, as as e.g. Zoom is also available as action and when you add something to the toolbar, identical names may cause issues.

I'd suggest to add mode to the internal modes where it is missing and unify capitalization instead of dropping "mode".

Modify Ticket

Change Properties
Set your email in Preferences
Action
as new The owner will remain team.
as The resolution will be set. Next status will be 'closed'.
to The owner will be changed from team to the specified user.
Next status will be 'needinfo'. The owner will be changed from team to HeiKue.
as duplicate The resolution will be set to duplicate. Next status will be 'closed'. The specified ticket will be cross-referenced with this ticket.
The owner will be changed from team to anonymous. Next status will be 'assigned'.

Add Comment
E-mail address and name can be saved in the Preferences .
