utility=* is the now hotness in conjunction with man_made=street_cabinet.

JOSM does not yet interpret utility= however to colorize the icons in the map editor;
while [man_made=street_cabinet, street_cabinet=telecom] produces a green-ish icon, [man_made=street_cabinet, utility=telecom] stays lightblue. If you find some time, please consider adjusting the stylesheet.
(Similarly, utility=power should become yellow, based on earlier street_cabinet=power icon.)
