Loosing supplemental CS tags under Upload > Settings tab. Bug or Feature?

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Do e.g. a CS revert of a bad edit
2. Go to Upload > Settings and add e.g. revert:id=1234567890
3. Return to the edit screen to do a bit more mapping or looking up some info to add to the CS comment box.
4. Launch the Upload window again (Crtl+Shft+Up). Choose the settings tab and find all the supplemental CS tags gone, always.

What is the expected result?

Ideally those supplemental CS summary tags stay until the upload has been executed.

What happens instead?

Point 4 above. Tags this as an enhancement under the assumption this is intentional, but I'd consider this a bug for practical usage reasons.

Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

Observing some mass CS revert change sets with many CS's being referenced under the additional revert:id= tag it appears painful to having to log all de CS numbers separately until editing is concluded.

It's not an exactly identical workflow, so reopen.

The conflict issue of ticket 22291 I've encountered as well. You're then forced to return to the edit screen and resolve the issues that block the upload. Interestingly the actual CS summary on OSM does include the reverter plugin reference, it where was discovered the revert:id tag was gone.
