Text in download menu, dialogs panel, and presets rendered as text rather than icons appears too small to be readable. Other text (e.g. menu bar, tool tips, title bars, initial info screen) is okay.

What steps will reproduce the problem?

Unknown. Problem did not occur on previous boots of JOSM, then started occuring without further user input upon starting JOSM (via desktop shortcut).

What is the expected result?

Text renders at the same size as the text in the menu bar, the initial info screen, tool tips, etc.

What happens instead?

Text in dialogs panel, download menu, preferences menu, and the text shown for presets which don't have icons (such as those from the Name Suggestion Index) all renders nearly twice as small as it should.

Ticket was created with version 19253 but problem persists on updated version 19265.

Sanity check: what does it look like when you change the LaF to Metal in Display Preferences?
