Feature request: make version info on boot screen more prominent

What steps will reproduce the problem?

I find the message on the JOSM boot screen "You are using version..." too concealed. This important info should imo have a more prominent place. Eg on top of the screen, in a more visible font type.

What is the expected result?

Users can see their JOSM version better after JOSM boot. And will be better informed when an update is available.

What happens instead?

JOSM version and update information is concealed in between other News messages about version history etc. I regularly see users having an out-of-date version, probable due to not being aware of updates.
