Standardized pinyin tag, move language name from zh_pinyin to zh-Latn-pinyin. Add the language name for zh-Hant, zh-Hans, ko-Hani, etc.

Description
Key name:zh_pinyin
is a deprecated tag, the key name:zh-Latn-pinyin
that complies with the BCP-47 standard should be used.
In addition, the following popular language tags should also have language names:
name:zh-Hant
name:zh-Hans
name:zh-Bopo
name:ko-Hani
name:vi-Hani

The localized language name will be displayed after some language keys in the tag panel. For example, <Chinese>
will be displayed after name:zh
.
However, a deprecated key name:zh_pinyin
=* is also shown, which should be replaced by the standard one name:zh-Latn-pinyin
=*, and some more commonly used keys are not shown as mentioned above.

It's totally unclear about what your talking about. JOSM is a complex software and has dozens of places where I18n is relevant.
