Description
https://taginfo.openstreetmap.org/tags/surface=unspecified#projects reports this values is being supported in preset - while it either is better to leave it empty or support the key without placeholder value
I tried and from what I see fixed presets in https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Presets/CampingForOverlanders?action=diff&version=11 and in https://josm.openstreetmap.de/wiki/Presets/OSMRookie?action=diff&version=9 but here I am not entirely sure how to fix it
