I tried and from what I see fixed presets in Presets/CampingForOverlanders and in Presets/OSMRookie but here I am not entirely sure how to fix it

+1, for using paved, unpaved or maybe mixed but unspecified adds no value and it is better to not add surface=* in this case. Similar is likely true for practicability=unspecified

Thanks for looking at these quite old external presets. You changes are good. I often wonder if these presets are used at all but we do not have any data about preset usage.

You can thank SomeoneElse for that, he complained that I made some bot tag migration without notifying users of retagged tags listed at taginfo projects :)
