Aerial Imagery "Sicily - Italy": New map from 2019 available; current gives error 403.

The aerial imagery "Sicily - Italy" does not work anymore, it gives HTTP error 403.

But it is still available, at other URLs, see ​https://map.sitr.regione.sicilia.it/gis/rest/services/ortofoto/ortofoto_2019_20cm_sicilia/ImageServer and ​https://map.sitr.regione.sicilia.it/gis/rest/services/ortofoto.

There is a WMS and a WMTS URL:

• WMS: ​https://map.sitr.regione.sicilia.it/gis/services/ortofoto/ortofoto_2019_20cm_sicilia/ImageServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS
• WMTS: ​https://map.sitr.regione.sicilia.it/gis/rest/services/ortofoto/ortofoto_2019_20cm_sicilia/ImageServer/WMTS/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml

I know too less about the syntax that I cannot update the map by myself, so I hereby ask someone to do it.

By just pasting the WMS URL: wms:https://map.sitr.regione.sicilia.it/gis/services/ortofoto/ortofoto_2019_20cm_sicilia/ImageServer/WMSServer?request=GetCapabilities&service=WMS into JOSM I could not make it work, but WMTS: wmts:https://map.sitr.regione.sicilia.it/gis/rest/services/ortofoto/ortofoto_2019_20cm_sicilia/ImageServer/WMTS/1.0.0/WMTSCapabilities.xml I could make work; when adding the imagery layer JOSM ask me what to take: "GoogleMapsCompatible" or "default028mm". The latter one gives better resolution. I do not know how to automatically select this; I think it should be made the default/ only one provided by the map.
