caused an error message in the monitoring:

ImageryCompare

JOSM-URL is not unique: https://wxs.ign.fr/ortho/geoportail/wmts?SERVICE=WMTS&VERSION=1.0.0&REQUEST=GetCapabilities

It seems you added an entry which is already there. Please check and fix. Seem to be "PCRS raster ouvert" which is already there.

The 2 imageries are different. The url is the same because it's the GetCapabilities of the wmts, but the default-layers is different.

That's a default layer and can be changed by the user. No need for a second entry. When you want a specific layer because it's much more important than others, then convert the entry to a TMS instead of a WMTS with default layer.
