Description (last modified by )
What steps will reproduce the problem?
Selecting the Maxar Premium Imagery layer
What is the expected result?
JOSM loads the imagery
What happens instead?
JOSM reports the following error:
Erro ao baixar as imagens: User null is not authorized to access /earthservice/tmsaccess resource
(In English is something like Error downloading images:....)
Already tried
-Remove the layer in the preferences
-Downloaded the latest version of JOSM (as seen in the log)
-Delete JOSM cache
-Uninstall and delete anything related to JOSM from the computer
-Restarted the PC
-Installed and tested without any plugin
-Changed DNS settings (it doesn't hurt to try hahahah)
-Other layers (Bing, Mapbox, Esri) work fine, but are way too outdated in my state.
Please provide any additional information below. Attach a screenshot if possible.

I reopen the issue because Maxar Premium Imagery does not load because of Login failed.

This issue with rendering Maxar is also present in ID however without displaying an error to the user. The call for the tile returns a 403 so it may be at the Maxar end with them cancelling or suspending the Connection ID

This affects all OSM editors. We cannot fix it until Maxar gives us updated keys. Please use #23025 for the current outage.
The layer is now working. Other users reported the same issue yesterday, but today it's working again. Probably some issue in Maxar/JOSM side.
