Unexpected error when using ctrl-shift-x (Draw lines between raw gps points) with no data loaded

Hi,

An unexpected error occured at the JOSM front page (when no data has been loaded) if one toggles the feature "Draw lines between raw gps points." either by pressing the button (if loaded to the button menu) or pressing the shortcut.

This isn't very important as the feature is almost only used when data is loaded. The feature works fine when a GPX file with gps points is loaded.
