The "Jump to position" tool does not refresh after first use

I use the Jump to position tool to get an URL to share with other contributors, especially when validating data and find an area to be corrected: it is an easy way to share a precise area and not only a single object or a full changeset.
But after the first one you get, it seems the tool shares the same URL when trying again during the same working session, even if you move to a distant place.

I think this depends on the content of the clipboard, see wiki:Help/Action/JumpToPosition. Please add a step by step description.
