In the changelog it says :

  • Add/improve/fix/change Internal Presets, Map Paint Style and Validation rules
    • Ignore
      • man_made=lamp (needs icon, broader than highway=street_lamp)

man_made=lamp is used in osm but the proposed feature has been abandoned ​osmwiki:Proposed_features/Tag:man_made%3Dlamp

I don't understand why it is indicated in josm without more documentation work.

Thanks for the hint. The proposal was even rejected on a first voting cycle and later abandoned in favor of ​osmwiki:Proposed_features/Key:light_source. E.g. ​osmwiki:Tag:man_made=lamp needs a rework and a link to ​osmwiki:Key:light_source.

Anyway, the only task on JOSM side is to rewrite the line in the changelog.
