Description
Working on the loadable preset for playground equipment I was wondering why playground:theme=tiger was translated into DE with "Zebrastreifen "Tiger" (Querung mit Fahrrad erlaubt)".
There is no such inline translation in the preset XML file.
Eventually I found that string defined in josm/resources/data/de.lang apparently referring to crossing or crossing_ref
I wonder if it is intentional behaviour that the translation of a value is taken out of context, and how to prevent it?

Yes, it is intended to reuse translated strings from core also in external ressources.
and how to prevent it?
name_context, text_context and values_context can be used to separate the translations, see wiki:/TaggingPresets.
