fix improvement for leaf_cycle=deciduous

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. create an area
2. tag it with natural=wood + wood=deciduous
3. run the validator

What is the expected result?

the tag is depreciated and the suggested fix is leaf_cycle=deciduous

What happens instead?

the tag is depreciated and the suggested fix is leaf_cycle or leaf_type
