@talalgeokw: What imagery source are you using?

Also, it would probably help to install a 64-bit version of Java.

Please note that we are intending to move to Java 11+, so we are recommending that users install ​Java 17+ if you are not using ​OpenWebStart (josm.jnlp) or using the installer for Windows (Windows installer).

247MB is VERY low. That's probably started using java default settings. Use one of the recommended start methods.
