Download dialog: search address does not work

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. go to download
2. fill the search field with for example "5 rue de la manutention,paris,fr"

What is the expected result?

A map centered on "5 rue de la manutention,paris,fr" is displayed.

What happens instead?

No map is displayed.

This is a problem of Nominatim, I guess. But wait a minute, 5 rue de la manutention,paris and 5 rue de la manutention,paris,france work, so only the abbreviation of the country is not supported.

This is strange, for many years I used "fr".
