Wikidata name is not shown consistently when Wikidata item is used in different tags

What steps will reproduce the problem?
- Have the Wikipedia plugin installed, which will show a descriptive name of Wikidata items in tags that reference such.
- Take a look at way 623079118 (references Q15134428 in its wikidata tag)
- Take a look at way 4631075 (references Q15134428 in its name:etymology:wikidata tag)
What is the expected result?
The human-readable name for the Wikidata item is shown for both ways at the respective tag.
What happens instead?
Only way 623079118 shows the name: http://hypftier.de/temp/2022-01-16_232753.jpg
Way 4631075 shows nothing: http://hypftier.de/temp/2022-01-16_232857.jpg
