[PATCH] Update apache-http dependencies

Description

Update to latest 4.5.x releases. I've also added 5.1.2 (not binary/source compatible). It is, however, in a different namespace from the 4.x series, so it can be made available now, and plugins can update as people get to it. For the most part, it looks like people can update imports, with some exceptions.
