Search suggestions ordered by "last used" rather than A-Z

Description

I think it would be more useful if suggestions in the search dialog (when the text is being typed) could be picked according to when the suggested phrase was last used, rather than in alphabetical order.

I think the order may have changed in the last stable release (18303), but not sure.
