Symbol in search expression missing in notification and enable filter menu

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Search for "<oli"|"<di"|"<unt"|"<різ" or "addr:city"~\.*\<.*\ without matching object

What is the expected result?

A notification with the complete search expression

What happens instead?

Expression in notification is incomplete: '" resp. '"addr:city"~\.*\.*\'

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. Have a filter defined as "<"
2. Use shortcuts to enable filter menu Ctrl+Alt+E

What is the expected result?

Menu items with the complete search expression

What happens instead?

Expression in menu item is incomplete: ""

Looks like some symboles are tricky and falsely removed
