always crashes when power cuts

What steps will reproduce the problem?

1. if power cut suddenly i always should re install the plugins
2. it always craches fix the problem not to craches when power cuts

Could you please try to upgrading openjdk-jre to version 11 or above.

Last errors/warnings:
- 00009.068 W: Cannot lock cache directory. Will not use disk cache

This might be a problem as plugins need to be cached.
