Please, write down some more information. What do you want to do? What did you try so far which obviously did not work?

Seems the javadoc for jmapviewer moved or is even unavailable as the links on Developers Guide and on the ​OSM wiki are outdated.

It was on the same link, probably until the ivy rework of the JOSM dependencies.
